Emplify Health by Gundersen seeks a full-time board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to practice in Tomah, Wisconsin. The physician will join an established regional health system providing primary care close to home for rural patients. The position is embedded in an innovative teaching environment in partnership with the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
