About this role
Emplify Health is seeking an Obesity Medicine (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) Physician to join its established Bariatric Surgery and Obesity Medicine Clinic at the Onalaska, WI campus. The role supports both surgical and non-surgical weight management within a multidisciplinary program and participates in ongoing care and committee activities related to bariatric patients.

Qualifications
- Completion of ACGME Accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency

- State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain multi-state license)
