The MDS Coordinator RN is responsible for directing and coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including the completion of accurate Minimum Data Sets (MDS) and developing interdisciplinary Care Plans for residents. This role is part of the Nursing Leadership Team and focuses on staff documentation and resident care assessment.
