We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MDS Coordinator to join our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating the assessment and documentation of patient care needs in long-term care settings. The role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, including those established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), to support accurate reimbursement and quality reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, clinical documentation, coding, and regulatory compliance.
