MDS Coordinator

The MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and resident Care Plans in compliance with federal and state requirements. This role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate documentation, calculate reimbursement dates, and maintain compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. The position requires overseeing the MDS process, attending care plan conferences, and educating staff on documentation standards.
