MDS Nurse

The MDS Nurse is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal, state, and certification guidelines. This role involves coordinating information systems operations and education for the clinical department under the direction of the VP of Clinical Reimbursement. The position requires a licensed LPN or RN with a strong understanding of managed care rules and rehabilitative nursing practices.
