M&E Consultant - Project Manager

The role involves leading MEP design development, tendering, and site implementation for mixed‑use projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and government utilities, and overseeing construction, quality, safety, and commissioning activities through to handover. The consultant will also review shop drawings, manage fit‑out works, and ensure proper handover to operations.
