The MEAL Assistant supports the IRC’s oPt emergency response in Gaza as a member of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning team. The role contributes to ensuring program quality and data-driven decision making across direct and partner-implemented programs. The position is based in Deir el Balah or Gaza City and includes regular field visits.
