MEAL Assistant

The MEAL Assistant supports the IRC's Client Responsiveness & Accountability efforts by managing feedback channels, collecting client feedback, and ensuring timely responses to optimize programming. The role involves monitoring feedback mechanisms, aggregating and analyzing data, and supporting monitoring and evaluation activities alongside the MEAL team. This position requires collaboration with various departments to close the loop on feedback cases and facilitate community participation in program design and evaluation.
