The MEAL Officer will implement and manage a functional Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning system across field and office levels, supporting program design, monitoring, and evaluation of project interventions. The role includes supervising data collection, analysis, reporting, training staff, and ensuring feedback mechanisms and cash-based interventions meet quality standards.
