MEAL Specialist

This role involves providing technical leadership for the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems for WFP-funded food and cash programs within World Vision Ethiopia. The incumbent will standardize MEAL frameworks, enhance staff capacity in data collection and analysis, and support planning and evaluations to ensure donor compliance and program quality. Position holders must work in dynamic, high-risk field environments to translate impact data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making while fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
