Meal Specialist

The Meal Specialist assists with the day-to-day operation of nutritional services for LGBTQ+ youth, working with the culinary team to prepare OCFS-approved meals and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen. The role involves planning and serving nutritious meals, supervising client interns, and ensuring proper food storage and safety standards are met. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage kitchen operations both on-site and off-site.
