Measure Technician

The Measure Technician, also known as the Order Verification Specialist, is responsible for the timely completion of order verification processes, both virtual and in-person, for replacement orders within the assigned territory. This role involves gathering accurate job site and product requirements, communicating installation processes to homeowners, and ensuring realistic expectations are set. The position may also assist with installation recovery work and requires strong construction knowledge and communication skills to maintain high customer satisfaction.
