Meat Cutter

The Meat Cutter ensures the store’s meat department operates at company standards, driving sales and maximizing profitability. This role delivers high-level customer service by following merchandising plans and preparing standard cuts of meat. The position involves using knives and power equipment to cut and package beef, pork, and poultry items. Additionally, the Meat Cutter is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing meat deliveries while maintaining quality and sanitation standards.
