Meat Cutter

The Meat Cutter is responsible for hand cutting all steaks except T-Bones while maintaining the sanitation and organization of the meat cutting room and equipment. This role involves following daily cutting plans, operating machinery, and ensuring proper product labeling, storage, and rotation. The position requires working under time pressure with limited supervision in a cold, moist environment.
