Meat/Lead Clerk

The Meat/Lead Clerk creates outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service while maintaining a safe, clean, and fresh environment. This role supports the day-to-day functions of Meat operations, supervises department activities in the Meat Manager's absence, and helps achieve sales and profit goals. The position requires demonstrating Journeyman Meat Cutter skills, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and food safety regulations.
