Mechanic Apprentice

The Mechanic Apprentice position is responsible for repairing and maintaining all Transit Department vehicles, including fixed route buses, Para-Transit vans, staff cars, shop trucks, scissor lifts, and forklifts. The role involves troubleshooting, performing emergency road repairs, and conducting detailed preventative maintenance and service work on all equipment. The apprentice will also complete work orders and checklists to document all work performed.
