Mechanic - Evening Shift

The Mechanic - Evening Shift is responsible for performing a broad range of vehicle maintenance and repairs on City fleet vehicles and equipment under the supervision of the Vehicle Maintenance Crew Leader. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and other identified problems, performing preventative maintenance, and completing West Virginia State and DOT inspections. The position requires working a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and/or holidays to accomplish City and departmental goals.
