Mechanic I Transit

This entry-level transit mechanic position involves performing preventative maintenance and minor to intermediate repairs on a transit fleet, including Gillig and International buses, as well as other vehicles and equipment. The role requires diagnosing, maintaining, testing, and repairing fleet vehicles to ensure they remain in safe and optimum operating conditions. The mechanic will also be responsible for conducting routine preventive maintenance programs in compliance with DOT and FTA regulations.
