Mechanic

The City of New Carrollton is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join the Public Works team, responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a variety of heavy equipment and city vehicles. This role ensures the fleet remains safe, reliable, and operational through routine maintenance, diagnostic checks, and quality assurance inspections. The position requires a candidate with extensive vehicle mechanics experience and a valid Commercial Driver's License with an air brake endorsement.
