Mechanic

The Mechanic role involves cutting, assembling, fabricating, and testing gear reducers, motors, industrial and hydraulic hoses, components, and linear shafting based on production orders and customer specifications. The position requires active participation in continuous improvement projects, on-the-job training, and maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting. The role also includes performing preventative maintenance on shop equipment and reporting any faulty equipment or defective materials to the Team Leader.
