Mechanical Architect

This role involves owning the mechanical architecture for Mind's wearable data collection platform, setting mechanical requirements for optics, electrical, and compute teams, and defining build and tooling strategies. The position requires hands-on prototype testing, tolerance analysis, and mentorship to grow the mechanical engineering bench. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in packaging sensors and compute into space-constrained enclosures and deep knowledge of injection molding and soft goods.
