Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement of mechanical assets to optimize process performance and equipment reliability
Develop and maintain mechanical asset strategies to prevent major equipment incidents and production losses
Manage CAPEX and improvement projects to deliver technical, cost, and compliance objectives
