About this role

SpaceX's Propulsion Components team develops flow and position control devices for the Starship/Super Heavy vehicle. The Mechanical Design Engineer (Starship Components) will design, develop, and characterize spacecraft components to perform in extreme temperatures and pressures while supporting vehicle architecture and flight readiness. The role collaborates closely with vehicle hardware, systems, and manufacturing teams to advance components from concept through production and launch.
