About this role

The Mechanical Design Engineer – Test Equipment will design and develop hydraulic, electro‑hydraulic, electro‑mechanical, servo‑mechanism, and electro‑pneumatic components and systems used to test Moog products. The role involves creating new test equipment, integrating components into test systems, and documenting designs and test results while supporting assembly and test technicians.

Responsibilities

Design hydraulic and pneumatic schematics for test systems
Develop new test equipment and assemblies to meet cost and schedule goals
Integrate hydraulic components into higher‑level test systems
Guide assembly and test technicians and maintain engineering records
Create and execute experimental test programs and document results
