Mechanical Design Engineer

This role focuses on the mechanical design, validation, and optimization of Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) systems to ensure reliability, manufacturability, and efficiency. The position involves leading structural design efforts for liquid-cooled CDUs, including housings, piping, and connectors, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal and electrical requirements. The engineer will conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and structural validation using CAD/CAE tools to support prototype builds and mass production.
