Mechanical Drafter

Matter is seeking a Mechanical Drafter to convert conceptual mechanical designs into precise, release-ready drawings for airborne optomechanical and optoelectrical payload hardware. The role involves collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure hardware is accurately documented, manufacturable, and cost-effective. This position requires producing detailed 3D CAD models, performing tolerance analyses, and maintaining configuration discipline for optical and optoelectrical assemblies.
