About this role

This role serves as the primary engineering resource for geothermal innovation, owning the technical analysis behind the innovation roadmap from concept to product rollout. The position involves designing novel heating and cooling solutions, conducting techno-economic analyses, and leading prototyping efforts to validate new geothermal technologies. Candidates will collaborate cross-functionally to translate engineering findings into product requirements and support go-to-market testing for commercial offerings.
