About this role

Elekta is seeking an early-career Mechanical Engineer to join the Hardware team in the Neuro organization in Stockholm. The role focuses on contributing to the mechanical design and development of high-precision, safety-critical medical devices used in advanced stereotactic systems. You will participate in concept discussions, create CAD models, and support testing while working collaboratively across engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Contribute to mechanical design and development of systems and modules
Create and update CAD models using SolidWorks or similar tools
Participate in concept discussions and early design work
