Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer will identify and implement improvement activities to achieve sustained product and operational cost reductions within a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing facility. This role involves analyzing equipment reliability, leading cross-functional teams to eliminate downtime, and developing long-term equipment improvement and capital investment plans. The position requires providing hands-on engineering support, conducting root cause analyses, and designing modifications to enhance safety, quality, and overall equipment effectiveness.
