Mechanical Engineer

This role supports the BC Hydro Non-Integrated Areas Planning group by managing mechanical workloads across capital projects, OMA work programs, and Owner’s Engineer review activities. The position provides preliminary design, costing, inspection, and troubleshooting expertise for diesel generating station mechanical systems within an electric utility environment. The successful candidate will work closely with operations staff, suppliers, contractors, and consultants to support various mechanical systems and infrastructure.
