Sterlitech
The Mechanical Engineer is a hands-on role embedded with the Operations team, spending most of their time on the shop floor building, troubleshooting, and optimizing production processes. This position focuses on making products get built well, consistently, and efficiently by owning fixtures, process fixes, and root-cause problem solving rather than desk design. The ideal candidate is a mechanical engineer who prefers working at the bench and can take ownership of technical problems from initial report to verified fix.
