Mechanical Engineering Co-op

Xona is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-op to join the Spacecraft Mechanical and Thermal team, contributing to the tools, systems, and hardware that enable spacecraft production and integration. This six-month, full-time role is designed for students with prior hands-on mechanical engineering experience who will take ownership of meaningful engineering work spanning design, manufacturing, validation, and implementation. The co-op offers an immersive experience in a fast-paced startup environment, working closely with experienced engineers to see projects progress from concept through operational deployment.
