The Mechanical Engineering Manager will lead the mechanical hardware design of high-performance structural systems for Helion's fusion devices, driving technical standards and execution to improve system performance. The role focuses on solving complex, high-impact problems while building and growing a multidisciplinary engineering team. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Mechanical Engineering and is onsite in Everett, WA.
