The BUILD program at Acuity Inc. is a two‑year rotational experience for early‑career talent, offering hands‑on engineering projects across product development, sustaining, VAVE, and manufacturing. Participants will rotate through functional areas, receive mentorship, and develop broad mechanical engineering and professional skills while contributing to new product design, prototyping, and validation.
