Mechanical Estimator III

The Mechanical Estimator III plays a critical role in Horwitz’s preconstruction efforts by preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems across commercial and industrial construction projects. This position involves collaborating with internal teams, trade partners, vendors, and clients to ensure scope clarity and cost certainty. The role requires analyzing project drawings, developing material and labor take-offs, and utilizing estimating software to prepare competitive cost estimates.
