Mechanical Estimator

This role involves managing the estimating process for industrial, HVAC, and plumbing projects, including reviewing bid documents, performing quantity takeoffs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires developing accurate estimates, evaluating subcontractor proposals, and providing post-award support to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical estimating and strong knowledge of design-build and plan & spec delivery methods.
