Mechanical Estimator

The Mechanical Estimator is responsible for end-to-end mechanical quantity takeoff and cost estimating, coordinating with the estimation team to support detailed production, evaluation, and verification of estimates for projects of varying sizes. The role involves conducting take-offs, performing conceptual estimates, soliciting subcontractor quotes, and preparing accurate bidding documents and proposals. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to interpret construction specifications and drawings.
