The Mechanical Systems Manager leads the mechanical engineering function within Facilities Engineering to ensure the reliable and compliant operation of all mechanical infrastructure supporting production and R&D. This role oversees the design, operation, and maintenance of systems such as HVAC, process utilities, and water systems while managing engineering staff and driving continuous improvement projects. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams like Production and R&D to align engineering strategies with operational needs in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
