This hands-on role involves working with a growing Australian technology and engineering business in Ballarat, Victoria, to fabricate, assemble, and finish mechanical components for agricultural and grain processing projects. The position requires interpreting engineering drawings, operating manual lathes and mills, and collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality standards. It offers the opportunity to develop CNC and 5-axis machining skills while contributing to varied, custom-engineered equipment.
