Mechanical - Head (Mixed Use)

The Mechanical Head will lead the end‑to‑end mechanical engineering function for a large mixed‑use development, overseeing design management, engineering reviews, project execution, quality, cost, safety, stakeholder coordination, and commissioning of all mechanical systems. This senior role is responsible for integrating HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, water management and utility services across commercial and hospitality assets, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering sustainable, high‑performance building services.
