About this role

The Mechanical Inspector II will perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections of mechanical and electromechanical components at multiple supplier locations near Wendell, NC. The role involves dimensional inspections, verification of drawings and GD&T, documentation of non‑conformances, and supporting CMM and first‑article inspections in a fast‑paced, second‑shift environment.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections of mechanical components
Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment
Review and validate First Article Inspection documentation
Audit inspection plans and verify compliance with engineering drawings
Document nonconforming material and compile final inspection reports
