Mechanical Lead (TSMC, PHX)

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Mechanical Lead to oversee the installation, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems on semiconductor, cleanroom, and high-tech construction projects. This position provides technical and field leadership to mechanical craft personnel, subcontractors, and construction teams while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, customer requirements, and construction schedules. The Mechanical Lead serves as a primary field resource for mechanical construction activities and works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Safety, Commissioning, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and other construction disciplines.
