Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

This role oversees the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the Precious Metal Recovery (PMR) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) mechanical processes at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex. The position is responsible for maximizing plant uptime, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and implementing predictive maintenance strategies. The incumbent supervises outsourced maintenance teams and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations.
