Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor leads mechanical maintenance activities at the Tallgrass Cheyenne Energy Center, a large-scale AI-dedicated power generation campus. This role provides direct leadership to mechanical craft personnel and contractors to ensure the safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance of gas turbines, steam turbines, and balance-of-plant systems. The position focuses on driving continuous improvement, accountability, and execution quality through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
