Mechanical Maintenance Technician

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician supports safe and efficient operations at the La Paloma Power Facility by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on turbines, rotating equipment, and balance-of-plant mechanical systems. This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting repairs and overhauls, and documenting maintenance activities through a CMMS. The technician collaborates with operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and OEM representatives to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
