Mechanical Specialist

The Mechanical Specialist provides mechanical construction leadership across pre-construction, construction, start-up and commissioning for building systems, combining office coordination with field supervision. The role is primarily based in Winnipeg with travel to project sites throughout Southern Manitoba and works closely with project teams to ensure systems are constructed to specifications and ready for occupancy. The position reports to the Director of Operations and supports scheduling, quality control, sub-trade coordination and project closeout.
