Mechanical Superintendent

The Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing commercial mechanical construction projects up to $200M, ensuring activities stay on schedule, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met. The role supports the Project Manager, coordinates labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources, and supervises field personnel on projects including power, data center, and mission‑critical facilities.
