About this role

This co-op role within Valeo's Mechatronics rotational program prepares students to become validation engineers for automotive ADAS systems. Participants will support the product validation lifecycle from RFQ to customer acceptance, gaining hands-on experience in test execution, failure analysis, and reporting. The position includes rotations through mechanical, electrical, and environmental validation disciplines to build foundational industry skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining validation plans to meet customer specifications and quality targets.
Execute product tests using bench equipment and laboratory tools to identify failures.
Develop test scripts using NI LabVIEW and TestStand under mentorship.
Conduct device under test failure analysis and participate in weekly project reviews.
Generate test reports and maintain project dashboards for peer review.
