About this role

The Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice will learn to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, mechanical, computer, and control systems in a complex fulfillment/distribution center through a blend of classroom, laboratory, and on‑the‑job training. After completing a 9‑week college program and one year of on‑the‑job learning, the apprentice will be promoted to a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled predictive and preventive maintenance on equipment
Install, repair, adjust, and test mechanical and electronic systems
Analyze technical specifications of mechatronic systems
Learn and program PLCs with automation engineers
Follow safety standards and procedures in shop floor and training
